You may cancel your order anywhere between right after and up to 24 hours after your order has been placed **IF IT HAS NOT SHIPPED YET** Send us a message, we would happily help you cancel your order or work out a soulution.

Please send us a message explaining the situation, we are happy to replace items if they are damaged during delivery. We can either send you a store credit or refund you. If you are returning items we only acceptitems that have not been used yet, if they are open or used we will not accept these.

For our candles, I do recommend you trim the wick to about 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch. To do this you can just snap off the burnt part once your candle is done burning and wax is fully cooled. Or you can trim with our wick trimmers to avoid getting your hands messy.

This is just so your candle flame doesn't get too big and burn too hot, it will make your candle last longer.

As for the crystal once you are done burning the candle you can grab the crystal out of the wax with a spoon and wash it with some warm water and soap to get the excess wax off and add it to your collection or a plant!

To get excess wax out; place candle in the freezer and chip out wax once its been in there for an hour at least. Wash with warm water and soap. Please re-use vessel I've potted succulents inside or even used it for my pens or extra crystal tumbles
